This is a buckle at bit cheek browband style headstall made from heavy weight, PREMIUM single-ply stitched harness leather. This headstall is easy to adjust with a double cheek adjustment.

Fantastic breast collar and headstall

I looked at a ton of breast collars and headstalls online and here in Tucson. I was attracted to this one because the quality looked superior to the others and my granddaughter wanted something with a little splash of turquoise.
