Complete Hackamore Set includes an all natural color beautifully hand braided 12 OR 16 plait 5/8" All rawhide core (no cable core) rawhide bosel w/Hermann Oak 5/8" harness BROWN or Black brow band with RAWHIDE BRAIDED BUTTONS TO ACCENT BOSAL and traditional fiador (throat latch) and pictured with Alpaca mecate. I was very excited to get this hackamore set. It has high-quality workmanship and also, it is quite beautiful! In fact, it's already the talk of the barn. Everyone says it looks so good and asked me where I got it. Definitely recommend, it's worth the investment.
This is a beautiful Hackamore set for my mustang trail horse who's known nothing except a knotted rope halter / Mecate. (This order was a black headstall, with rawhide accent buttons, yacht rope Mecate and a very nice 12 Plait, rawhide core bosal.) My horse is slightly in between sizes, toward the larger size, and it was easy to get a quick answer from John via email. This was shipped to Europe, with no fuss or muss. I bought this set with a custom color alpaca mecate. The leather and workmanship is beautiful. This will be my first experience using a bosal with my horse so I may have gone a little over my budget, but I am so glad I did!! Customer service was great.
