This western bitless headstall is made from quality heavy weight, doubled and sewn Hermann Oak Harness leather for a smooth, rich, "broke in" feel. This is a leather sidepull bitless bridle style with a width of 5/8". This Ultimate Headstall has a soft chap lining and is oiled for that soft, supple feel. Available brown or black. It has a flat leather nose with braided rawhide around the nose and is finished with nickel or stainless hardware. Standard with a buckle on one cheek for adjustment. Two buckle option is available for extra adjustment (1 on each side) The Buckaroo Ultimate Headstall is for the western rider who wants a quality performing piece of leather horse tack but does not want to sacrifice beauty. This sidepull was custom made by John for my donkey Nori. I asked for a clip on the poll strap so I didn’t have to pull it over her ears. Then he requested exact measurements so he could make it just for her and Voila! After little while I decided to put fancy buckles on it and I asked John if he would do it “the right way” with stitching and rivets as opposed to my trying to take it apart and then use chicago screws. He was more than happy to oblige for a very reasonable fee and the turnaround time was extraordinary!

I am a local trainer so I use my tack multiple times a day almost every day so I need quality tack that I can rely on and that is why I buy from Buckaroo! I have this side pull with the raw hide and I also have a soft nose sidepull. I was able to customize both to exactly what I wanted! I know I can rely on the quality leather that Buckaroo uses to not break and hold up with the constant use and it doesnt hurt that my sidepulls are gorgeous as well!! My horses respond so well to these sidepulls and that's why I wont buy them from anyone else and cannot recommend Buckaroo enough to everyone I meet. I ordered the black color of this sidepull and it is absolutely stunning. The leather is not stiff at all and is excellent quality. My horse loves it! I am very pleased with my purchase and I will definitely purchase from Buckaroo Leather again.
